Please add US$25 cleaning fee to your stay (US$50 for monthly stay).

Please sent email with your desired dates. A 50 % non-refundable PayPal

deposit is required to secure your booking, the rest is payable upon arrival

in US$ cash or PayPal. Please add 3 % PayPal bank fee.

Cancellation Policy:

50 % non-refundable PayPal deposit required for reservation.

For the remaining 50 % refund of the nightly/weekly or monthly rate, the guest

must cancel 7 full days before local check-in time, otherwise no refund.

If only 50 % of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the

remaining 50 % will simply not be charged.

If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after

check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
